Nail Art

I'm in love with nail art.

I found a place that sells cheap nail art brush at a mall (only $1 so cheap!), and bought a whole set of 18 colours acrylic nails.

Now, I'm unstoppable.

Since then, I did my nails once a week, and here are some of them:

Floral Nails! Love them. I was thinking of a suitable base colour to do my first ever floral nail art. Settled on yellow 'cos I figured it will give the most contrast.

Another simple floral. I love nude colours on my fingers. So, my previous yellow don't really suit me well. Did simple roses on my ring finger. I love this very much. In fact, if not for my next purchase, I would keep this nail art for as long as I can!
So, one fine day, I was at China Square Central, and I chance upon this shop that sells rows and rows of nail polishes! Went in, and purchased the OPI Matte Top Coat.

Did some research online and found out that, for the best results, I should use my Matte Coat over my Fast Dry Coat! So I did, and it really dries really fast! If you're trying a Matte Coat for the first time, you should try it too. It makes the polish more resistant to chipping as well.

I love the vintage effect from the red roses and white base! The matte effect helps too. I was so satisfied with this set of nails.

So far I've only experimented with florals. Gonna experiment more with ombre, dreamcatcher nails and so on... I just hope my nails don't die on me. :p

In case you're wondering what I'm using for my nails...
